Contracts, acts and invoices live in an archive with folders and versions. Paper can be scanned with a phone, signed with the company stamp and found by its details, and a new document can be assembled from a template with data from the system.

A photo of a document becomes a clean PDF, and AI recognises its details.
Signature and stamp
Signature, name and the company stamp are placed right on the page.
Documents from templates
Invoices, acts and applications are filled with data from the system – no retyping details and amounts.
Questions
Can I find a document by its details?
Yes: by title, number and counterparty, and for scans AI recognises the details itself.
Are documents linked to other modules?
Yes. A counterparty card shows both payments and documents, and the AI agent works with documents right in the chat.
